What industries does APS work with?

We work with a wide range of essential industries across the United States. While our expertise lies in dairy and non-dairy farms, we also support the sawmill and lumber industries, meat processors, and many other sectors.

How quickly can APS recruit employees?

Typically, hard-working, entry-level employees can be placed on the job within two or three weeks after the client submits the initial employee request. Positions requiring a specific skill set may take longer to recruit.

Where are employees recruited from?

At APS, we have an extensive network across the U.S. to recruit qualified employees, and we also assist with arranging transportation to the place of employment.

Do employees have work authorization to be able to work for my company?

We strictly comply with and adhere to Form I-9 federal regulations when hiring all employees. We require that all potential employees present unexpired, acceptable documents that identify and authorize them to work in the U.S.as required by law. We do not use the USCIS E-Verify program.

 
Do employees speak or understand English?

While most employees speak or understand very little English, this is not a barrier, as APS provides bilingual support as needed. Bilingual services are also available as an á la carte option separate from employee recruitment services.

What is the average hourly wage paid to the employees?

While the hourly wage is negotiable, the prevailing competitive wage within the state or local region is the best starting point.
